The NewView 6000 is a 3D optical profiler for precise surface measurement and characterization of micro structures (e.g., ablation patterns or craters). It enables noncontact surface profiling of smooth and rough surfaces with nanometer depth resolution. Its working principle is based on interferometry, and all measurements are nondestructive, fast, and require no sample preparation.

The Nanonics Optometronic 4000 is a powerful near-field scanning optical microscope (NSOM) with multi-probe and atomic force capabilities to observe and manipulate on the nano-scale.
