Agilent 5100 ICP-OES Spectrometer
The Agilent 5100 ICP-OES (inductively coupled plasma-optical emission spectrometry) offers more than a dual-viewing (i.e., radial and axial) ICP. Its Synchronous Vertical Dual View (SVDV) options, through its Dichroic Spectral Combiner (DSC) technology, allows simultaneous axial and radial view analysis.
GBC Opti Mass 9500 Time-of-flight (TOF) ICP-MS spectrometer
The OptiMass9500 time-of-flight (TOF) inductively coupled plasma (ICP) mass spectrometer offers quasi-simultaneous measurements of atomic mass spectrum of an introduced sample from Li (with m/z 6) to Pu (with m/z 244) and beyond within seconds. TOF-ICP-MS overcomes the major limitations associated with sequential scanning type ICP-MS instrumentation(notably the more common quadrupole ICP-MS) for transient signals. The high speed data collection rate enables fast transient signals generated from, e.g., single shot laser ablation, electro-thermal vaporization or flow injection, to be sampled 30,000 times per second and 50 integrated full mass spectra to be displayed every second.
DEMON spectrometer from LTB LasertechnikBerlin GmbH
The DEMON (Double Echelle MONochromator) is unique of its kind. It consists of an optomechanicallymotorized and thermally robust echellespectrometer in tandem with a prism monochromator for wavelength separation. Its footprint is small (weighs approximately 25 kg) but offers high spectral resolution (R = l/Dl = 75,000). It is equipped with an ICCD which provides an integration time as short as 5 ns.
Horiba Jobin-Yvon1250M spectrometer
The Horiba Jobin-Yvon1250M is a research-grade Czerny-Turner type spectrometer fitted with large internal mirrors. Combined with a focal length of 1.25 m, if offers high resolution with good light throughput. Our 1250 M spectrometer couples to an AndoriStarICCD detector, offering exposure time in the nanosecond time scale with single-digit picometer spectral resolution.
Andor Kymera 328i spectrometer
The AndorKymera328i is a compact imaging spectrograph. It offers several latest technologies including: Adaptive Focus, quadruple on-axis grating turret and TruResTMtechnology, delivering spectral resolution better than Czerny-Turner configured spectrometers of a similar size. Our Kymera328i is equipped with an Andor intensifier CMOS scientific detector, offering exposure time in the nanosecond time scale.
Princeton Instruments IsoPlane-320 imaging spectrometer
Princeton Instruments IsoPlane-320 is a compact imaging spectrometer. It offers fast f/4.6 optics with a unique optical design that largely eliminates astigmatism across the focal plane for superior multichannel capabilities. Our IsoPlane-320 spectrometer is equipped with a Princeton Instruments ICCD, providing the capability of time-resolved spectral measurements as short as a few nanoseconds.
